The stencilling in the Drawing was still unfinished, but as a change we decided to start stenciling in the Study. We did this because we didnt want to get bored or tired of doing the same pattern over and over again so we thought that changing rooms would prevent this.

As Ryhan's stencil for the Study was designed to all join up, not much discussion was needed on deciding where to place the stencil. We started in the right hand cornor next to the window and made our way around the room anti-clockwise.

For this design we used the same process as we did in the Drawing room, using the lighter green as the stencil colour applying with a sponge and dabbing the darker green over the top with another sponge. This stencil was quicker to apply to the walls than the stencil for the Drawing Room, however there were a few downsides to this stencil, it also broke like the Drawing Room stencil and needed cleaning often, but this was easily fixed. A more major downside was joining the stencil accurately as if this was not done the stencil began to look wonky and uneven.
